There was a ton of back-and-forth that Angie handled with such sweetness and grace and knowledgeability, and Nikki bent over backwards to somehow magically find us an open room when the place was completely sold out. I can't tell you how grateful I am for their hard work and genuine caring to make sure that he had a place to stay. There were two AWESOME ladies - Angie, the rep, and her boss, Nikki (hope I spelled that right) who both went out of their way to calm me down and help me set up a new room reservation for when he arrived.
I'm way overdue writing this review - but I can't wait to share how AMAZING the customer service ladies were in helping me with a terrible problem! Without going into details, there was a mix-up with our reservation that had caused my husband's room to be cancelled - and he was on his way to the hotel when I happened to call the casino to let them know he was late but on his way.
